Green Tea & Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • One handful of ice
  • 2 cups of pineapple
  • 1 cup of green tea cooled
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • about a TBSP of ginger roughly chopped
  • a handful of mint and cilantro add a little more than you think, the extra herbs are amazing in here

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, add the ice, pineapple, tea, coconut water and ginger. Blend until a beautiful smooth "slush" comes together. Adding a little more liquid as needed.
  • Then add the handful of fresh herbs and blend for an additional 15-30 seconds (don't over blend the herbs).
  • Serve and enjoy!
