Ingredients

of almond milk

of frozen blueberries

of flax seeds
whole seeds, not "ground" flax seeds

of cinnamon
Instructions
In a high power blender add flax seeds, blend for 15 seconds until seeds are "ground".
Add almond milk, blueberries, raspberries, and cinnamon
Blend again until smooth (about 30 seconds-1 minute). Add more coconut milk if the blender gets "stuck"
Enjoy
