Our very berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of whole flax seeds
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, start by grinding your flax seeds. Let the blender run for 30 seconds or so until the seeds have turned almost into a powder
  • add berries, almond milk, cinnamon
  • blend for 15 seconds on low, slowly increase speed. Blend for another 30 seconds on high.
  • Add more/less milk until you've reached a consistency that you like
