Ingredients

of whole flax seeds

cup
of raspberries
1
cup
of blueberries
2
cups
of almond milk

tbsp
of cinnamon
Instructions
In a high speed blender, start by grinding your flax seeds. Let the blender run for 30 seconds or so until the seeds have turned almost into a powder
add berries, almond milk, cinnamon
blend for 15 seconds on low, slowly increase speed. Blend for another 30 seconds on high.
Add more/less milk until you've reached a consistency that you like
