of arugula
washed

bulb of fennel
thinly sliced
1/4
cup

pickled red onion

oz.
of ricotta salata cheese
crumbled

tbsp
of sunflower seeds

citrus vinaigrette
Instructions
Add rinsed arugula to serving bowl.
Add sliced fennel, pickled red onion, ricotta salata and sunflower seeds
Add dressing and toss to combine
