My biggest “mom-hack” of 2020 – letting other people help!!!ย In this case, it’s Noodles & Company helping this tired mama with dinner.ย ย
As a busy mama, with four kids, our nights are filled with activities and it can be hard to find the time to cook a healthy meal for my crew – especially one that they’ll actually EAT!ย Which is why I’m so thankful I found Noodles & Company and their new cauliflower noodles.ย You heard me right.ย #Caulifoodles jam-packed with a full serving of veggies – right in the pasta!ย Even if you love or hate cauliflower, you’ll be amazed at how delicious these new cauliflower infused noodles are.ย ย
You guys, I’m far from perfect.ย Like really far.ย And there are just a lot of nights when trying to come up with a “healthy” option for my kids just feels like another thing on my “to-do” list.ย Especially at the end of the day.ย Sometimes I need a little help.ย And if I’ve learned anything this year – it’s that even though I LOVE to cook, sometimes eating out, or ordering in just makes life a little easier.ย And I know we could ALL use the help. I order dinner a few times a week, and Noodles & Company is a great “go-to” for me to pick up quickly when I’m on the go.
The great thing about all of the #Noodlesandcomapny dishes is that ANY of the pasta dishes can be substituted with their new cauliflower noodles (and at no extra cost).ย That’s a whole extra serving of veggies for my kids, that I don’t have to think about.ย For me, I call that a win.
And what’s even better, is that they’re honestly delicious, and there’s something there for our whole family.ย
Sloan and Frankie love the Noodles & Company traditional mac-n-cheese.ย Filled with gooey cheesy goodness that they can’t get enough of.ย ย
While JonPaul and Lillian love the Cauliflower Rigatoni Fresca with shrimp.ย It has the #Caulifloodles filled with spinach, shrimp, tomatoes, and roasted garlic all covered in a light and refreshing balsamic vinaigrette.ย It’s honestly delicious.ย The perfect light dish when you want to eat something a little healthier, but still so satisfying and delicious.
It’s everything you know and love about pasta, but now with an extra serving of vegetables.ย An easy “go-to” dinner for all those busy weeknights, that you can actually feel good about.
So while I’d love to be Martha Stewart in the kitchen every night of the week, making a homemade meal for my family – at the end of the day, I’m pretty ok just being “me”.ย Doing my best, getting through the day, and sneaking in a vegetable or two for my kids wherever I can.ย ย
